It has been one heck of a year! While working with clients, I had heard a lot of discontentment from them on their health, eating habits, or lack of physical activity. No matter how much we worked on their confidence levels, if they did not feel good about the behaviors affecting their health and overall appearance, they were missing out on a great way to boost their self esteem. I decided to focus on health and wellness over the past year so that I could provide full-circle image services (internal/external) to my clients. Becoming certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition & wellness consultant, I am able to offer advice and help coach my clients on another level as they reach their image/branding goals.
Enough about me.....I want this this blog to me about the Image In YOUR Life too! I am anxious to hear how any topic related to image has had an impact on your life. Our image is how we see ourselves, how we think other people perceive us, how we act, how we look, and how we feel about ourselves overall.
